September Stewardship Day

September 12, 2026 from 10:00am to Noon

Location: Burns Prairie Preserve
Address: 18185 Mt Zion Rd, Galien, MI 49113

Join us in collecting and distributing seeds at one of our sprawling restored prairies. Help fill in the prairie with native grasses and wildflowers while enjoying this beautiful property. All ages are welcome! This is an especially excellent opportunity to introduce kids to stewardship.

No equipment or experience is required. COL staff will bring gloves and buckets; you just bring sturdy shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and a positive attitude!
