
Reading in Robinson Woods- July Afternoon Session
July 13, 2023 from 4:30pm to 6:00pm
Program Details: Bring a blanket and join us for story time under the famous Mighty Oak Tree's shade at Robinson Woods Preserve. After a 20-minute read-aloud, families are encouraged to explore Robinson Woods independently or through a guided hike with COL's Education & Outreach Coordinator.
Registration: Families are required to register for this program. Each registration includes one copy of the book "The Dunehaven Council" and the coinciding workbook written by Patty Ritchie.

Frequently Asked Questions:
What happens if I can't make a session? We know summer is a busy time of the year. If you're unable to make a session, that's ok! Each family will receive a copy of the book to read at their own pace.
What is the target age? While there isn't a set age requirement for this program, the book is most appropriate for 5th grade and under-- but all ages are welcome!
What is the cost to attend? Free! We are happy to bring this unique summer learning experience at no cost to our community.
Will we read the entire book? This program will run from June-August. We will read a different section of the book each month.
Can I attend both the July morning and July afternoon sessions? Families should select either the July morning or July afternoon session. We will be reading the same section of the book for both July sessions.
