Preserves open with hiking trails.

Chikaming Open Lands has multiple preserves that are open to the public, free, and can be visited from dawn until dusk everyday of the year. Each property is unique and offers multiple diverse habitats that make SW Michigan so special. Our preserves have a wide variety of activities for everyone to enjoy from the spectacular spring wildflowers, great birding opportunities or miles of hiking trails. We encourage you to visit and enjoy each unique preserve of Chikaming Open Lands!
